Job Summary We are seeking an seasoned and professional Bartender to join our close knit team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for craft cocktails, excellent customer service skills, and experience in food and beverage service. This role involves creating a welcoming environment for guests, mixing and serving drinks, and ensuring an exceptional experience in both casual and fine dining settings. The successful candidate will demonstrate strong time management, multitasking abilities, and a thorough understanding of food safety and responsible alcohol service. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages efficiently while maintaining high standards of quality and presentation Have basic wine knowledge Have a creative passion for craft cocktail making Engage with guests to provide friendly, attentive customer service, ensuring their needs are met promptly Prepares all drinks according in accordance with established recipes Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and work surfaces in compliance with food safety standards Restock bar supplies as needed to ensure smooth operation during shifts Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during banquets or catering functions to meet specific service requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality environments; fine dining Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively in fast-paced settings Interact and service guests in a cordial and gracious manner while being able to present a professional experience Previous restaurant demonstrating strong hospitality skills is preferredThis role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a vibrant team dedicated to providing memorable experiences for our guests.
