Responsibilities Prepare a variety of menu items with precision, adhering to recipes and food safety standards while maintaining high-volume production efficiency. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including grills, fryers, ovens, poaching stations, braising pots, and other culinary tools. Execute food handling and sanitation procedures diligently to ensure compliance with food safety regulations and sanitizing protocols. Assist in menu planning by offering input on dish presentation and ingredient selection to enhance guest satisfaction. Mix and serve beverages as a bartender, ensuring proper alcohol handling and responsible service at all times. Provide friendly, prompt service to guests as a server or bartender, creating a lively atmosphere that encourages repeat visits. Support dietary department needs by understanding dietary restrictions and assisting with meal preparation or special requests as needed. Experience Previous food industry experience in fast-paced restaurant or catering environments is highly preferred. Demonstrated culinary experience with skills in food preparation techniques such as grilling, braising, poaching, and meal assembly. Strong knowledge of food safety management practices including sanitizing procedures and proper food handling. Experience operating kitchen equipment safely and efficiently in high-volume settings. Familiarity with menu planning, recipe adherence, and food production processes within fine dining or high-end hospitality environments is advantageous. Proven ability to work well under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food safety standards. Excellent knife skills and proficiency in cooking techniques that support diverse menu offerings are desirable.
