Education requirements:

High School Diploma or GED certificate Minimum of 2 years CURRENT service experience in food service, bartending (preferred but not required for Server positions) and general hospitality Serve Safe Food Handler certification (preferred)

Job Requirements:

Ability to interact constructively and cordially with guests Be able to memorize menu items and answer related questions Be able to take orders efficiently and enter them in a timely and accurate fashion in the POS system Ensure the timely and correct delivery of food and beverages to our guests Adhere to recipes and presentations for food and beverage items Ability to process payments accurately Willingness and ability to complete side work as required Ability to multi-task and work in a high-volume setting Maintain clean and sanitized work stations Follow health and safety guidelines Maintain stock supplies Thorough completion and documentation of assigned opening and closing procedures Punctuality and ability to observe regular and consistent attendance including daily line-ups Contribute to a positive team environment
