As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, maintaining the bar area, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and utensils. Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and providing recommendations. Ensure compliance with food safety and handling regulations while preparing drinks. Operate cash registers, process payments, and handle cash transactions accurately. Assist with catering events as needed, ensuring timely service of beverages. Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies and communicate needs to management. Uphold high standards of customer service in a fine dining or nightclub setting. Qualifications Proven experience as a Bartender or in a similar role within the food service industry. Strong knowledge of mixology, drink recipes, and bartending techniques. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with guests. Basic math skills for handling cash register transactions and calculating drink prices. Familiarity with food safety regulations and practices related to beverage preparation. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Experience in catering or working within fine dining establishments is preferred but not required.
