Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages including cocktails, wine, craft beers, and non-alcoholic options with precision and flair Engage with guests to understand their preferences and recommend drinks or food pairings to enhance their experience Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order processing and cash handling Develop new beverage recipes and contribute creative ideas to expand our drink menu Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and sanitation protocols Monitor inventory levels of alcohol, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure seamless service Handle cash transactions accurately while providing excellent customer service in a lively hospitality setting Requirements Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a fast-paced environment, preferably with fine dining or hospitality experience Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, wine varieties, brewing processes, and cocktail techniques Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; cash handling and basic math skills are essential Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures Experience with beverage recipe development and crafting innovative drinks is highly desirable Previous bar management or banquet experience is a plus but not required Embark on an energetic journey where your creativity meets exceptional service!
