Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and providing exceptional customer service. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, maintaining a clean bar area, and ensuring that guests have a memorable experience. Your ability to engage with customers and provide recommendations will be key to your success in this role. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking orders, and addressing any inquiries or concerns. Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system for processing orders and handling cash transactions accurately. Monitor inventory levels of drinks and supplies, restocking as necessary to ensure smooth operations. Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines. Assist in training new staff members on bartending techniques and bar operations. Requirements Previous experience in bartending or food service is preferred but not required. Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change. Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus. Knowledge of food safety practices is essential. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
