Server / Bartender (All Levels) - Hawaiian Pacific Fusion Concept This is going to be one fun place to work! We're building an energetic, hospitality-driven front-of-house team for an exciting Hawaiian Pacific Fusion restaurant and are hiring experienced Servers and Bartenders who bring great personality, professionalism, and a passion for exceptional guest experiences. Our concept blends Hawaiian-inspired flavors with Pacific and island influences, paired with a vibrant atmosphere, fresh cocktails, and memorable hospitality. Whether you're a seasoned server, skilled bartender, or versatile hospitality professional, we're looking for team players who thrive in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.

Responsibilities:

Deliver exceptional guest service with genuine hospitality and professionalism Guide guests through our Hawaiian Pacific Fusion food and beverage menu Accurately take and deliver food and drink orders Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty beverages (bartenders) Maintain strong product knowledge of menu items, ingredients, and specials Create a fun, welcoming, island-inspired guest experience Handle cash, POS systems, and guest transactions accurately Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation standards Work efficiently during high-volume service while maintaining quality Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth front-of-house operations

Qualifications:

Previous restaurant, serving, or bartending experience preferred Strong communication and guest service skills Positive attitude, reliability, and team mentality Ability to multitask and perform under pressure Knowledge of cocktails, beer, wine, and responsible alcohol service is a plus Passion for hospitality, food, and creating memorable experiences Upselling and menu knowledge experience preferred
