Duties Greet guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit, ensuring a positive experience from start to finish Take accurate orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, and relay them efficiently to the kitchen or bar staff Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and specialty drinks in accordance with safety standards Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately while processing payments swiftly and securely Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area and dining space, adhering to food safety and food handling protocols Upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities while providing knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences Requirements Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, particularly in fine dining or nightclub environments Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS; retail math skills are a plus for cash handling accuracy Strong time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar orders efficiently during busy hours Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests positively and resolve issues promptly Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures to ensure guest safety at all times Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced setting Basic math skills for processing transactions accurately and managing tabs effectively This role is perfect for energetic individuals who thrive on delivering outstanding service in lively settings.
