Responsibilities Lead and supervise the bartending team to deliver outstanding service in a fast-paced setting, ensuring all guests feel welcomed and valued Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, spirits, beers, and non-alcoholic options, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Oversee daily bar operations, including inventory management, restocking supplies, and maintaining cleanliness in compliance with food safety regulations Utilize POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately, handle cash transactions, and manage tabs efficiently Train new team members on beverage preparation techniques, POS usage, customer service standards, and food safety protocols Manage customer interactions with professionalism and enthusiasm to enhance guest satisfaction and encourage repeat visits Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure smooth coordination of food and beverage service Skills Extensive experience with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling Strong knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures in a hospitality environment Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service levels Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor that fosters positive guest relationships Experience working in fine dining settings or nightclubs with banquet or catering experience preferred Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate inventory management Familiarity with the food industry's best practices in brewing, serving alcohol responsibly, and adhering to health regulations Join us as a Lead Bartender where your energetic approach will create memorable moments for our guests!
