Job Overview Vibes Bar & Lounge is looking for a reliable, fast-paced Barback to support our bartenders and keep operations running smoothly during high-volume nights. If you can move with urgency, stay organized, and handle a busy nightlife environment, we want you on our team.

Pay Hourly:

$10.98/hr + tips (based on tip pool) Opportunity to make more on busy nights Schedule Evening and late-night shifts (10PM - 2AM) Must be available weekends (Friday-Sunday required) Responsibilities Bar Support Keep bar fully stocked (liquor, mixers, cups, napkins, etc.) Refill ice bins and maintain supply levels Prep garnishes (lemons, limes, cherries, etc.) Assist bartenders during high-volume service Cleaning and Organization Maintain a clean and organized bar at all times Clear empty glasses, bottles, and trash Wash and restock glassware quickly Clean spills immediately and keep floors safe Closing Duties Clean and break down all bar stations Remove and clean bar mats Take out trash and replace liners Sweep, mop, and sanitize bar area Requirements Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment Strong work ethic and sense of urgency Must be reliable and punctual Must be able to stand for long periods and lift 30-50 lbs Weekend and late-night availability required Preferred (Not Required) Previous bar or nightclub experience Hookah experience is a plus Work Expectations (Read Carefully) No phone use while on the floor No standing around — always stay active Must follow all bar policies and management instructions Team players only — no drama How to Apply Apply here on Indeed or come in person after 7PM to introduce yourself. 44294 Highway 27 Davenport, FL 33897 Final Note If you are fast, focused, and ready to work, this is the place for you.
