Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience and foster repeat business. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to accurately process orders, payments, and tips efficiently. Monitor inventory levels of liquor, mixers, garnishes, and supplies; restock as needed to ensure smooth service flow. Follow all food handling procedures and safety protocols to ensure guest safety and compliance with health regulations. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to coordinate beverage service seamlessly in diverse settings like nightclubs or fine dining environments. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality roles, especially within fine dining or nightclub settings. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient transaction processing. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously during busy hours. Exceptional customer service abilities with a friendly demeanor that makes guests feel valued and welcomed. Familiarity with food safety standards, food handling procedures, and proper alcohol serving practices. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate order processing. Experience in catering or banquet environments is a plus, demonstrating versatility across different service formats like food industry events or retail settings.
