Barback Kava Bar Part-Time

Job Overview As a Barback, you will play a crucial role in supporting the bar staff and ensuring the smooth operation of our beverage service. You will assist bartenders by maintaining cleanliness, restocking supplies, and ensuring that guests have an enjoyable experience. Duties Assist bartenders in serving kava and other beverages. Restock supplies including kava, mixers, garnishes, and other bar essentials. Maintain cleanliness by cleaning glassware, countertops, and bar equipment. Organize and manage inventory to ensure a well-stocked and efficient bar. Ensure a smooth flow of service by handling basic tasks like collecting empty glasses and clearing tables. Provide excellent customer service by being friendly, approachable, and attentive to guests' needs. Skills Strong customer service skills to enhance guest experiences.

Experience:

Previous experience in a barback or similar role is a plus but not required. Knowledge of kava or willingness to learn about kava culture and preparation is a big plus.
