What You'll Do:

Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages according to Mellow Mushroom standards Welcome guests, take orders, and provide friendly, attentive service Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar throughout each shift Accurately process orders and payments through the POS system Check identification and follow all responsible alcohol service requirements Work closely with servers and the restaurant team to keep service running smoothly

What We're Looking For:

We're looking for a friendly, reliable bartender who enjoys connecting with people and can stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Previous bartending experience is preferred, along with strong communication and customer service skills. The right person will be comfortable multitasking, working as part of a team, and creating a great experience for every guest.
