We need someone who can provide great service, make quality drinks consistently, and keep up in a busy restaurant and bar environment. Responsibilities Prepare and serve beer, wine, cocktails, and other beverages Provide friendly and attentive service to bar guests Take food and drink orders accurately Maintain knowledge of our drink and food menus Check identification and follow all alcohol-service laws and policies Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately Keep the bar clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift Restock beer, liquor, wine, garnishes, and supplies as needed Complete opening, closing, and side-work duties Work closely with servers, kitchen staff, and management Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume shifts What We're Looking For Previous bartending experience preferred Strong knowledge of basic cocktails, beer, wine, and liquor Friendly and outgoing personality Dependable and punctual Able to multitask and stay organized during busy shifts Strong customer-service skills Team-player attitude Must meet all legal requirements for serving alcohol
