to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will deliver exceptional customer service by providing a welcoming atmosphere, taking accurate orders, and serving food and beverages efficiently. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure guests have memorable experiences whether they are dining, celebrating special occasions, or enjoying a night out. This position offers an exciting opportunity to showcase your hospitality skills in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and positive energy are valued. Duties Greet guests warmly and assist them with menu selections, offering recommendations when appropriate Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring timely delivery Serve food and drinks with professionalism, maintaining high standards of food safety and food handling procedures Manage cash handling duties including cashiering, processing payments, and giving correct change efficiently Maintain cleanliness of the service area, bar, and dining space while adhering to food safety regulations Upsell menu items to enhance sales opportunities while providing excellent customer service Collaborate with kitchen staff and fellow team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, including catering events or banquet services Monitor guest satisfaction throughout their visit, addressing concerns promptly to ensure a positive experience Handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously through effective time management skills in a lively environment such as a nightclub or fine dining setting Qualifications Proven restaurant or food service experience, preferably in fine dining, nightlife venues, or catering environments Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS; experience with cash handling and cashiering is essential Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling techniques Ability to manage time effectively during high-volume periods; multitasking in a fast-paced setting is crucial Basic math skills for retail math, cash handling, and billing accuracy Previous banquet experience or retail math knowledge is a plus Experience working in hospitality environments such as nightclubs or breweries is desirable Excellent communication skills and a friendly attitude that promotes teamwork and guest satisfaction Join us to be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering outstanding service!
