We are looking for a bartender who can match our pace, personality, and commitment to excellent service. Position Overview The bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and delivering fast, friendly, and consistent service. This role requires strong multitasking skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle high-volume shifts. Key Responsibilities Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages Execute house recipes with consistency and accuracy Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar at all times Manage bar inventory, restocking, and prep (juices, garnishes, syrups) Handle cash, POS transactions, and open/close tabs correctly Work closely with servers and kitchen staff to ensure smooth service Follow all alcohol safety and compliance regulations Ensure all drinks are rung into the POS before being served Requirements Previous bartending experience preferred (1-2 years minimum) Knowledge of classic cocktails and Latin-inspired drinks (Mojitos, Margaritas, etc.) Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong communication and customer service skills Must be reliable, punctual, and a team player Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays Must meet Florida legal age requirements to serve alcohol What We Offer Competitive hourly pay + tips High-volume bar = strong earning potential Flexible scheduling Growth opportunities within the company Supportive, team-oriented environment
