Prepare and serve a wide variety of beverages, including cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring consistency and quality. Manage bar inventory, order supplies, and maintain cleanliness standards in compliance with food safety regulations. Utilize POS systems such as TOAST / Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate cash handling, sales processing, and reporting. Oversee guest interactions to ensure satisfaction while addressing any concerns promptly. Train new staff on proper serving techniques, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service. Collaborate with kitchen staff for seamless food and beverage pairing during catering or banquet events. Monitor time management within shifts to optimize service flow during busy hours. Enforce responsible alcohol policies and ensure compliance with all food safety standards. Experience Proven experience as a bartender with a strong background in fine dining environments or nightclubs. Prior leadership experience in a hospitality setting is highly preferred.
