Position Overview We are looking for outgoing, multi-talented Bartender to be the face of X-Golf Gainesville. A Bartender at X-Golf isn't just a bartender, you are a host, a server, and a simulator guide all in one. You'll be responsible for ensuring our guests have a seamless experience, from their first swing to their last sip. The ideal candidate is a "pro" at multitasking, comfortable jumping from the bar to the kitchen, and enjoys explaining technology to guests in a fast-paced, social environment.

Key Responsibilities Guest Hospitality:

Greet guests warmly, manage the reservation system, and check groups into their assigned simulator bays.

Simulator Instruction:

Set up bays for guests, provide a "bay tour" to explain the technology, and offer basic troubleshooting if technical issues arise.

Food & Beverage:

Take orders, prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, and assist with "light-bite" food preparation and delivery.

Facility Maintenance:

Keep the venue pristine by clearing bays between sessions, running glassware, and ensuring the bar and lounge areas are clean and stocked.

Membership & Sales:

Educate guests on membership tiers (Bronze, Silver, Gold) and promote upcoming leagues or special events. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old (to meet alcohol service requirements). Previous experience in hospitality, serving, or bartending is a plus. Strong communication skills and a "team-first" attitude. Ability to stand and stay active for the duration of a shift (up to 8 hours). A basic interest in or knowledge of golf is helpful but not required—we will train you!
