Responsibilities Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including cocktails, beers, wines, and non-alcoholic options, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met Take customer orders accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS Provide friendly, attentive service to guests, addressing their needs promptly and professionally Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and dining areas in compliance with food safety standards Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities Assist with food service duties during busy periods, including serving food from kitchen to tables or bar area Manage multiple tables or bar stations effectively through strong time management and prioritization skills Skills Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order entry and payment processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Experience in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or catering environments preferred Strong knowledge of food safety protocols and proper food handling procedures Ability to perform basic math for cash handling, retail math for sales transactions, and tipping calculations Effective time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently during peak hours Knowledge of the food industry standards related to serving alcohol responsibly and adhering to legal regulations Experience with food industry tools such as serving trays, wine openers, shakers, and bar equipment Familiarity with brewing processes or beverage preparation techniques is a plus Prior restaurant experience demonstrating excellent hospitality skills is highly valued Join us at Blessed Kitchen where your enthusiasm fuels exceptional guest experiences!
