In this dynamic role, you'll be the backbone of our bar and kitchen operations, ensuring a smooth flow of service by maintaining cleanliness, supporting bartenders and servers, and assisting with food and beverage prep. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will help foster a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more! This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the food and hospitality industry while working in a fast-paced, energetic environment. Duties Assist bartenders and servers by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and utensils to ensure seamless service throughout the shift Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, kitchen stations, and dining spaces by cleaning spills, sanitizing surfaces, and organizing supplies in accordance with health standards Support food preparation tasks such as prepping ingredients, assembling garnishes, and assisting with plating when needed Buss tables promptly by clearing dishes, resetting tables efficiently, and ensuring a tidy environment for guests Handle food handling responsibilities safely by following proper procedures for storing and serving food items Support bartenders when required to ensure smooth execution of special functions or private parties Experience Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles such as restaurant work, barista experience, or serving is highly desirable Familiarity with POS systems is a plus Experience working in fine dining is a big plus! Knowledge of cleaning protocols and food handling safety standards is important Strong communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail and professionalism Prior experience in catering or event support roles will be considered an asset Join us to be part of a lively venue where your energy fuels memorable guest experiences!
