As a key part of our hospitality crew, you'll craft innovative cocktails, serve delicious food, and ensure every visitor feels welcomed and valued. Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide variety of cocktails, beverages, and food items with precision and flair. Engage with guests to provide outstanding customer service, taking orders accurately and offering recommendations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling. Monitor inventory levels, restock supplies, and assist with ordering to ensure smooth operations. Collaborate with team members to deliver seamless service during busy nights, including nightclub and banquet events. Uphold all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service policies at all times. Skills Proven experience in bartending or food service, preferably within fine dining, nightclubs. Strong knowledge of POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for sales transactions. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations efficiently. Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly, professional demeanor. Familiarity with food handling, food safety standards, and basic math for accurate cash handling and retail math calculations. Experience in catering or large event service is a plus. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
