Bartender

Responsibilities Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, adhering to recipes and presentation standards Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to provide exceptional customer service and promote sales opportunities Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including glassware, utensils, and supplies Manage POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling Ensure compliance with food safety regulations, alcohol service laws, and sanitation standards at all times Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems while balancing cash drawers at shift end Assist with food service when needed, including serving food in fine dining or banquet settings Monitor inventory levels for beverages and supplies; communicate needs for restocking or ordering Collaborate with team members to uphold a lively yet safe environment in nightclubs or banquet events Experience Previous experience working as a bartender in a fast-paced restaurant, nightclub, or banquet setting is highly preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS to efficiently process sales and transactions Strong knowledge of food safety practices and alcohol service regulations Proven ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining high-quality service Experience in retail math for cash handling and sales tracking is advantageous Demonstrated customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests positively Knowledge of brewing techniques or beverage crafting is a plus for enhancing guest experiences Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality!
