Server/Bartender

Responsibilities Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable Upsell menu items and specials to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining proper food handling and sanitation standards Manage guest relations by addressing questions, resolving issues promptly, and ensuring a positive experience Assist with food preparation, bussing tables, and supporting kitchen staff as needed Maintain cleanliness of service areas, adhere to food safety protocols, and ensure sanitation standards are met at all times Qualifications Previous restaurant experience with a strong background in food service or hospitality environments Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable is highly preferred Demonstrated culinary experience or knowledge of food preparation techniques is a plus Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently Experience in fine dining or nightclub settings is advantageous but not required Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations confidently Join us if you're passionate about delivering outstanding guest experiences, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in fast-paced environments.
