Barback / Food
Runner Responsibilities The Barback/Food Runner plays a vital role in keeping operations running smoothly by supporting the bar and service teams. Stock bars with liquor, mixers, ice, glassware, and supplies Run food from the kitchen to guests quickly and accurately Deliver In-Room Dining orders and guest amenities Maintain cleanliness and organization of bar and service areas Assist bartenders and servers as needed to ensure seamless service Communicate clearly with kitchen, bar, and service staff Safely lift and transport supplies, including kegs Follow all safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards

Qualifications Prior barback or food runner experience preferred Good verbal communication skills and collaborative attitude Ability to stand for long periods Walking, bending, pushing, pulling and carrying large amounts of weight including kegs that will weigh around 160 pounds Flexible availability including weekends and holidays 5 days a week and flexible shifts: 10am-4pm or 4pm-11pm Apply
