Part-Time / Full-Time Palace Southside is a hospitality-driven Italian restaurant known for its curated wine program, high service standards, and commitment to Ospitalità Italiana . We are looking for a Sommelier Server who can deliver elevated service, confidently guide guests through wine selections, and lead their section with professionalism and control. Responsibilities Provide high-level, attentive guest service Guide guests through wine selections and pairings Maintain strong knowledge of Italian and international wines Lead and coordinate food runners and drink runners Support expo flow, timing, and communication with the kitchen Drive wine sales and enhance the overall guest experience Requirements Minimum 3+ years serving experience (upscale or wine-focused preferred) Must be 21+ years old to apply. Strong wine knowledge required (certification is a plus) Ability to lead a team during service Comfortable in a fast-paced, high-standard environment Professional attitude, reliability, and strong communication skills Availability for nights and weekends Work Standards No smoking during shifts or while in uniform Clean, polished, and professional appearance required Pay & Compensation Hourly + tips Average earnings: $25 - $40 per hour (tips included) Higher earning potential based on wine knowledge and sales performance Growth Opportunities Path to Lead Server, Floor Manager, or Wine Program roles Ongoing wine education and training Opportunity to grow within a structured and quality-driven environment If you are passionate about wine, hospitality, and leadership, we invite you to apply and join the team at Palace Southside .
