Summary We are seeking an enthusiastic Bartender to join our team at Libby's Neighborhood Brasserie in Lakewood Ranch. In this role, you will play a crucial part in enhancing our guests' dining experience by providing exceptional service and expertly crafted beverages. Your contributions will help maintain our reputation as a top neighborhood spot. Responsibilities Prepare and serve drinks to guests with precision and care. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area. Provide excellent customer service, ensuring guest satisfaction Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist in training new staff members as needed. Stay updated on drink menus and promotions. Qualifications At least two years of high volume Bartending experience Proficiency with Toast POS a bonus Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts effectively. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly demeanor. Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices. Fine dining experience is preferred but not required. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions.
