The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for our guests. This role requires a strong understanding of beverage preparation, food safety, and excellent communication skills. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and guest preferences. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Provide exceptional customer service by engaging with guests, taking orders, and delivering drinks promptly. Manage cash handling processes accurately, including processing payments. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service of food items when applicable. Uphold high standards of food handling and safety practices throughout the bar area. Participate in training sessions to enhance knowledge of beverage offerings and improve service techniques. Experience Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, nightclub, or catering environment is highly desirable. Familiarity with Aloha POS or Micros POS systems is a plus. Strong time management skills to handle busy shifts efficiently while maintaining quality service. Basic math skills for accurate cash handling and sales transactions. Knowledge of brewing processes and cocktail preparation techniques is beneficial. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage effectively with diverse clientele.
