Bartender

Job Summary We are seeking an energetic and personable Bartender to join our vibrant hospitality team. In this role, you will craft exceptional drink experiences, deliver outstanding customer service, and create a lively atmosphere that keeps guests coming back. Your expertise in beverage preparation, combined with your ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, will be key to ensuring every guest enjoys a memorable visit. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring quality and presentation standards are met. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner, providing personalized drink recommendations and enhancing overall customer satisfaction. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for accurate order entry, billing, and cash handling, Toast, Clover etc Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and sanitation standards. Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and cashiering responsibilities, while balancing registers at shift end. Monitor alcohol consumption levels responsibly, adhering to legal drinking age laws and responsible serving practices. Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering or banquet events to ensure seamless service delivery and maintain customer satisfaction and good relationships with customers . Demonstrate excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently without compromising service quality. Keep track of inventory levels, restock supplies as needed, and communicate supply needs to management promptly. Uphold a welcoming environment by providing attentive customer service in diverse settings such as nightclubs or fine dining establishments. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in food service or hospitality environments; fine dining or nightclub experience is highly desirable. Familiarity with POS systems including Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing and cash handling. Strong knowledge of beverage recipes, food safety standards, and responsible alcohol service practices. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while maintaining professionalism. Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks during high-volume periods. Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately and managing retail math calculations. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or catering functions. Knowledge of food handling procedures and safety regulations within the food industry. Experience with serving in nightclubs or catering environments is a plus.
