As a vital support to our bartenders and service staff, you'll ensure the bar area remains clean, stocked, and ready to serve. Your proactive approach and attention to detail will keep the nightlife lively and seamless, contributing to a dynamic atmosphere that keeps guests coming back for more. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, energetic environment while supporting the overall success of our nightclub or bar setting. Duties Maintain cleanliness of the bar area, including wiping down surfaces, cleaning glassware, and organizing supplies Restock bar inventory such as bottles, mixers, garnishes, and utensils to ensure smooth service Assist bartenders with food preparation and delivery of snacks or small plates when needed Buss tables and clear empty glasses or dishes promptly to keep the space tidy and inviting Support food service operations by helping with catering events or banquet setups as required Operate POS systems like Aloha POS or Micros POS for transactions related to food or beverage sales Handle cash handling responsibilities accurately during busy night shifts while providing excellent customer service Requirements Previous experience in food service, restaurant work, or hospitality environments preferred Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly desirable Experience in nightclub settings, catering, banquet service, or hotel hospitality is a plus Strong cleaning skills with attention to sanitation standards in food handling and bar areas Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and guests Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays in a fast-paced environment Basic knowledge of food preparation, bussing procedures, and customer service principles Kitchen experience or barista background is beneficial but not required Demonstrated ability to handle cash accurately and operate POS systems confidently Join us as a Barback and be part of an energetic team dedicated to delivering memorable nights filled with great drinks, lively atmosphere, and exceptional service!
