Job Description

Join Our Team at Marco Island Yacht Club - Full-Time Bartender (Year-Round) and Seasonal Bartender Are you ready to be part of something exciting? Marco Island Yacht Club is hiring a full-time bartender to join our team at our newly renovated, multimillion-dollar facility! We are looking for someone with a can-do attitude and a passion for delivering excellent service in a fun, fast-paced environment.

What We're Looking For:
Experience is preferred but not required; we value work ethic and personality over experience.
Ability to multitask:
Take food orders while also bartending and providing top-notch service to our members. Team player with a can-do attitude who works well in a collaborative environment. Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift at least 25 lbs. Strong communication skills and fluency in English.
