About Us:
La Terrazza Nicabanos is a vibrant dining destination in Miami Beach known for its elevated cuisine, energetic atmosphere, and exceptional hospitality. We are seeking skilled, energetic, and guest-focused Bartenders to join our front-of-house team.
Job Summary:
The Bartender is responsible for crafting high-quality beverages, delivering exceptional guest service, and maintaining a clean and efficient bar environment. The ideal candidate is fast, personable, and thrives in a high-energy hospitality setting.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and standards Provide excellent customer service at the bar and lounge areas Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area Handle orders accurately and efficiently during busy service periods Engage with guests and create a welcoming bar experience Follow all responsible alcohol service regulations and company policies Assist with inventory and restocking bar supplies as needed
Qualifications:
Previous bartending experience preferred Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and beverage service Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and strong work ethic Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
