The Hotel offers a relaxing two-acre pool terrace, Equinox Fitness Center & Spa, multi-million dollar art collection, an award winning steakhouse - EDGE Steak & Bar, and connects guests to Miami's most alluring and vibrant destinations recommended by in-house experts. Four Seasons Hotel Miami is looking for Barback who shares a passion for excellence and who infuses enthusiasm into everything they do. Our employees have the opportunity to shape our guests experience by providing exceptional knowledge and service in support of our world-renowned organization. What you will do Clear, clean and set-up tables, chairs, linens, china, glass and silver for service in an unobtrusive manner and greet guests according to Four Seasons Standards to ensure superior service. Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests. Stock side stations with linens, china, glass, silver, and paper goods for service; fill requisitions of beer, liquor, soda, fruit juices, garnishes, and ice for bartenders. Breakdown, clean and set-up side stations and back of house areas. Comply with Four Seasons' Work Rules and Standards of Conduct. Work harmoniously and professionally with co-workers and supervisors. What you bring Must be able to work all shifts including, AM's, PM's, weekends, and holidays. Requires oral proficiency in the English language. Ability to carry and balance a tray. Able to sit, stand and walk up to 8 hours. Able to lift and carry up to 20 pounds.
