Role Overview:
The Wellness Bar Team Member is a guest-facing role responsible for preparing and serving Wilder's full range of beverages, including coffee, cold-pressed juices, smoothies, wellness elixirs, and functional tonics. This role combines speed, quality, and hospitality to deliver an elevated beverage experience that reflects Wilder's mission of wellness and clean ingredients.

Team members will operate the bar with efficiency and precision, ensuring consistency in recipes, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests.
Responsibilities:
Beverage Preparation & Service Prepare and serve coffee, espresso drinks, smoothies, juices, elixirs, and other wellness-forward beverages according to recipes and portion standards. Deliver exceptional service with an emphasis on speed, accuracy, and hospitality. Maintain beverage mise en place, prep ingredients daily, and ensure freshness of perishable bar items. Stay knowledgeable about beverage offerings, wellness benefits, and ingredients to engage and educate guests. Guest Experience Greet and engage customers warmly, building repeat relationships through consistent service. Take orders quickly and accurately, ensuring seamless flow during peak times. Handle customer questions regarding ingredients, dietary preferences, and wellness-focused offerings. Operations & Cleanliness Operate bar equipment safely and maintain it in clean working order (espresso machines, blenders, juicers, etc.). Follow sanitation and food safety protocols at all times. Restock bar supplies, maintain organization, and ensure work areas are guest-ready. Support inventory and ordering needs by communicating shortages or par levels to Leads.
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in barista, juice bar, café, or quick-service beverage environments. Strong multitasking ability and comfort working in high-volume, fast-paced settings. Knowledge of coffee, juicing, smoothies, and functional ingredients preferred. Food safety or beverage handling certification a plus. Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Physical & Schedule Requirements:
Flexible scheduling required, including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Ability to stand and be on feet for entire shift (6-8+ hours). Must be able to lift at least 30-50 pounds (moving boxes product and beverage stock, etc.). Comfortable working with loud equipment (blenders, juicers, espresso machines).
