Sommelier - LPM Restaurant & Bar Miami $80,000-$100,000 per Year LPM Restaurant & Bar Miami is seeking a knowledgeable, polished, and hospitality-driven Sommelier to join our beverage team. This is an exciting opportunity for a wine professional who is passionate about exceptional hospitality, wine education, and creating memorable dining experiences in an upscale restaurant environment. The ideal candidate combines strong wine knowledge with excellent guest service and can confidently guide guests through the wine program while working closely with the culinary and front-of-house teams. Responsibilities Provide personalized wine recommendations based on guest preferences, menu selections, and occasions. Present, open, and serve wines according to elevated wine service standards. Maintain and organize wine inventory, cellar operations, and wine service areas. Assist with wine list development, inventory management, purchasing, and maintaining appropriate stock levels. Collaborate with the culinary and service teams to create a seamless and elevated guest experience. Qualifications Previous experience as a Sommelier, Wine Director, Wine Specialist, or similar wine-focused hospitality professional. Strong knowledge of wine regions, varietals, producers, appellations, and wine service. Experience in luxury, fine dining, or upscale hospitality strongly preferred. Formal wine certification such as Court of Master Sommeliers, WSET, or equivalent is a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and guest-service skills. Professional, polished, and confident demeanor. Strong attention to detail and passion for wine and hospitality. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant.
