The ideal candidate will have experience with working large milestone events and experience in hospitality. As a Banquet Server or Bartender, you will be responsible for creating a welcoming atmosphere for our guests, serving tables and/or beverages from our bars, and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your attention to detail for customer service and food safety will play a crucial role in maintaining our high standards. Responsibilities Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by serving tables, engaging with guests, and responding to inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of your work area Monitor inventory levels of beverages and supplies, restocking as necessary. Assist food service when required, including bussing tables and ensuring food safety protocols are followed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely service during the event dinner service. Skills Strong background in hospitality with experience in the food industry preferred. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage positively with guests. Knowledge of coffee preparation and culinary techniques is a plus. Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Team player mentality with strong communication skills.
