Bartender

Duties:

• Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Provide menu recommendations and answer any questions about the menu
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a timely and courteous manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by checking on tables regularly and addressing any concerns or issues promptly
• Keeping the bar area nice and tidy during guest experience
• Clean bar tops and reset them for the next guests
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining cleanliness in the dining area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure accurate food preparation and timely delivery to guests
• Handle cash transactions and process payments using the POS system
• Follow all food safety guidelines and maintain a clean and organized work area

Skills:

• Excellent knowledge of Resy or similar reservation software
• Strong math skills for accurate order taking and bill calculation
• Exceptional guest service skills, with the ability to anticipate needs and provide personalized service
• Proficient in multitasking from making cocktails to talking to tasks
• Familiarity with restaurant operations, including seating arrangements, table settings, and service flow
• Willingness to assist other team members as needed to ensure smooth operations
• Knowledge of food safety practices and ability to follow proper hygiene protocols
• Basic understanding of food preparation techniques and ingredients used in fine dining establishments
• Experience handling cash transactions accurately and responsibly using a POS system We are looking for individuals who are passionate about providing exceptional service, have a strong attention to detail, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
