Job Description Job Description Our Bartenders prepare and serve handcrafted cocktails, wine, and beer to members and guests in our restaurants, bars, and special events. You'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service, ensuring compliance with state and local alcohol laws, maintaining a clean and organized bar, and contributing to the warm, welcoming environment that defines the club.

Hourly + Tips.
Job Type:
Full-Time & Part-Time.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Greet members and guests promptly, providing attentive service within one minute of arrival. Prepare, mix, and serve cocktails, wine, and beer with precision and consistency. Inspect the bar before opening to ensure adequate supplies and stock as needed. Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, glassware, utensils, and equipment. Operate the POS system to accurately charge for food and beverages. Enforce alcohol service laws and club policies, check IDs. Limit overconsumption by monitoring guests and arranging transportation when needed. Create attractive displays of bottles and glassware. Slice and prepare garnishes for drinks; prepare small appetizers when requested. Assist in training other bartenders in proper mixology and service techniques. Supervise banquet bartenders when assigned. Stay updated on daily specials, upcoming events, and club announcements.
Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
Alcohol beverage certification and food safety certification required. Knowledge of liquors, wines, beers, and cocktail recipes (including call, house, and premium brands). Ability to create signature cocktails. Excellent communication skills and a pleasant, engaging personality. Strong attention to detail, time management, and service etiquette. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and work in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
Must be at least 18 years old (21 preferred). High school diploma or GED required One or more years of bartending experience preferred (country club or hospitality experience preferred). Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide, and to compute rates, ratios, and percentages. Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in varied situations.

Physical Requirements:
This role requires the ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, and reach for extended periods of time. The position may involve lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling objects weighing up to 50 pounds.
