Job Description
POSITION SUMMARY
Prepare, pour, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Requires knowledge of all aspects of mixology including food/wine pairings and wine presentation and service. Responsible for helping lead our team of passionate and dedicated service professionals. Our overall success comes from our amazing environment, location, look and feel and team. We are committed to keeping our menu fresh and interesting and never stale or boring. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: Stocks bar and completes other pre-opening requirements. Prepares and serves alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes. Skilled at slowing and refusing alcoholic beverage service when necessary. Complies with basic safety and sanitation requirements. Good organizational skills prior, during the service and after. Basic knowledge of the club's POS system or comparable POS system preferred. Knowledgeable of all aspects of the department and daily club operations, including events and operating hours. Ability to read and understand Banquet Event Orders (BEOs). Ability to work large or small events with minimal supervision and in a team environment. Cleans bar and completes other pre-closing requirements. Assures that all state and local laws and club policies and procedures for the service of alcoholic beverages are consistently followed. Personal hygiene, professional presentation, a well-groomed appearance, and wearing the proper uniform are essential parts of the job responsibilities. Knowledge of and ability to perform the required role during emergency situations. Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities) Diploma or GED; some college preferred. Previous experience in a similar Job role in a country club-like atmosphere, or a minimum of 4 years' experience as a Banquet Supervisor. Proven track record. Licenses and Special Requirements Alcohol beverage certification. Food safety certification. Must be 21 years of age to prepare and serve alcoholic beverages.Physical Demands and Work Environment Physical Demands and Work Environment:

Required to stand for extended periods of time and lift heavy objects on a regular basis Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance Grasp, turn, and manipulate objects of varying size and weight. Requires fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.
