Bartender & Server Job Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages and provide food and beverage service to members and guests; set up, stock, clean, and organize bar/service stations; use the point-of-sale system; maintain beverage supplies and inventory; follow sanitation, beverage-control, revenue-control, closing, and alcohol-service requirements; report service or safety issues; and assist with event setup, breakdown, cleanup, and restocking. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or foreign equivalent. No formal training or prior employment experience required. Must be of legal age to serve alcoholic beverages.
