Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender with serving experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, ensuring that every guest has an exceptional experience. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for crafting beverages, managing bar inventory, and providing top-notch service in a fast-paced environment. Must be over the age of 18. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Engage with customers to take orders, provide recommendations, and ensure satisfaction. Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently using the Toast POS system. Monitor inventory levels and assist in ordering supplies as needed. Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food service during events or busy shifts. Uphold responsible serving practices by checking identification for age verification. Participate in catering events and banquets as required, demonstrating flexibility in various service settings. Skills Proficient in retail math to manage cash handling and inventory effectively. Knowledge of food handling and food safety practices to maintain high standards of hygiene. Experience with catering services is a plus, enhancing the ability to manage large events smoothly. Familiarity with banquet operations to support special occasions seamlessly. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Excellent sales skills to promote featured drinks or specials effectively. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
