Duties Prepare and serve a wide range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and efficiently using POS system such as Clover. Engage with guests to understand their preferences, recommend drinks, and promote specials to boost sales. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety and food handling standards at all times. Manage cash handling responsibilities, including cashiering and basic math calculations for accurate transactions. Ensure responsible serving by monitoring guest intoxication levels and complying with alcohol service regulations. Assist in setting up for events such as banquets or catering functions, providing excellent service in both fine dining and bar environments. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy hours, demonstrating strong time management skills. Skills Proven experience in food service or hospitality, nightclub, or banquet settings. Familiarity with POS systems for efficient order processing and sales tracking. Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly and professionally. Knowledge of food safety practices, food handling procedures, and alcohol service regulations. Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables or bar stations simultaneously without compromising quality. Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math calculations, and accurate billing. Experience in catering or food industry roles that require quick thinking and adaptability under pressure.
