The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and customer service, with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere for guests. As a Bartender, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area. This role is essential in delivering an exceptional dining and nightlife experience. Duties Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes or customer preferences. Provide excellent customer service by engaging with patrons, taking drink orders, and responding to inquiries. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, including washing glassware and cleaning surfaces. Manage inventory levels of liquor, beer, wine, and mixers; assist in ordering supplies as needed. Operate the POS system efficiently to process transactions accurately. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations regarding food and beverage service. Assist in setting up for special events or banquets as required. Stay updated on drink trends, new products, and techniques to enhance guest experience. Requirements Must be able to work Sunday nights. Proven experience as a Bartender in a nightclub or restaurant setting is preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during peak hours. Familiarity with brewing techniques is a plus. Experience with Aloha POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and making change accurately. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team-oriented environment. Must be of legal drinking age as per state regulations. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
