Responsibilities Assist bartenders by restocking supplies, garnishes, glassware, and beverages to ensure smooth service flow Maintain cleanliness of bar areas, including cleaning glasses, utensils, and workstations to uphold health and safety standards Support food preparation tasks such as prepping garnishes or assisting with light food service during events or banquets Buss tables and clear empty dishes promptly to keep the venue tidy and inviting for guests Help with setup and breakdown of events, including catering functions and banquet services Ensure compliance with food handling regulations and maintain high standards of hospitality and customer service Skills Proven experience in food service, catering, or restaurant environments; nightclub or banquet experience is a plus Strong cleaning skills to uphold sanitation standards in both bar and food prep areas Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively with team members and interact positively with guests Knowledge of food handling procedures, restaurant operations, and hospitality best practices Previous barista experience or serving background enhances your ability to support diverse guest needs Experience working in hotel settings or the food industry demonstrates adaptability in fast-paced environments Kitchen experience is beneficial for assisting with food prep tasks during busy periods This role is perfect for motivated individuals eager to grow within the hospitality industry.
