Duties Prepare and serve a wide selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests warmly, taking orders accurately while providing knowledgeable recommendations on drinks and menu items. Maintain a clean and organized bar area, adhering to food safety standards and proper food handling procedures. Manage our POS Toast to process transactions swiftly and accurately, including proper credit card processing.

Mange time effectively during slow periods, always finding something to clean or prepare for busier time blocks. Uphold all food safety regulations and hygiene practices to ensure a safe environment for guests and staff alike. Assist in setting up event spaces such as nightclubs or private parties, providing top-tier service that exceeds guest expectations. Qualifications Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or banquet settings is highly preferred. Familiarity with Toast; basic math skills Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests enthusiastically while managing multiple tasks efficiently. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol serving practices. Experience in catering or food industry environments is advantageous; retail math skills are beneficial for accurate transactions. Excellent time management skills to handle high-volume periods smoothly without compromising service quality. Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and special events such as banquets or nightclub nights.
