Duties Prepare and serve a variety of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring consistency and quality. Engage with guests in a friendly, energetic manner to enhance their experience and promote beverage sales. Manage POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process transactions accurately and efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety standards and health regulations. Develop new beverage recipes and contribute to menu updates based on current trends and guest preferences. Handle cash transactions, process payments, and balance registers at the end of each shift with accuracy. Collaborate with kitchen staff during events like banquets or catering functions to ensure seamless service delivery. Experience Proven experience in bartending within fine dining establishments, nightclubs, or hospitality environments. Strong knowledge of mixology techniques, cocktail recipes, wine varieties, craft beer brewing processes, and spirits. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage guests warmly while managing multiple orders simultaneously. Experience in food handling, food safety procedures, and beverage recipe development is highly desirable. Ability to manage time effectively during busy shifts while maintaining attention to detail. Previous bar management or supervisory experience is a plus but not required; enthusiasm for learning is essential.
