What You'll Do Support the Beverage Manager in executing Camille's award-worthy wine program. Guide guests through the wine list by understanding their preferences, taste profiles, and budget. Present, open, decant, and serve wine using proper fine dining service techniques. Build extensive knowledge of our wine collection, seasonal menu, and curated pairings. Assist with cellar organization, inventory management, receiving shipments, stocking, and proper wine storage. Maintain wine stations, glassware, service tools, and beverage mise en place. Work closely with chefs, servers, and management to ensure seamless service. Participate in wine tastings, educational sessions, and ongoing beverage training. Support the front-of-house team whenever needed while maintaining exceptional hospitality standards. Follow all sanitation, safety, and responsible alcohol service guidelines. What We're Looking For Passion for wine, food, and exceptional hospitality. Working knowledge of wine regions, grape varieties, wine service, and food pairing principles. Previous experience in fine dining or an upscale restaurant is preferred. Previous sommelier experience is a plus, but not required. Excellent communication and guest engagement skills. Strong attention to detail, organization, and professionalism under pressure. Coachable, collaborative, and eager to continue learning. Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Preferred Education Completion of coursework through the Court of Master Sommeliers (CMS), WSET, Society of Wine Educators, or another recognized wine education program is preferred but not required.
