Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Bartender to join our team. As a Bartender you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and creating a memorable experience for our guests. Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve alcoholic, non-alcoholic beverages and food to customers
• Interact with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking orders and making recommendations
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Adhere to all safety and sanitation regulations
• Handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently
• Monitor customer alcohol consumption and prevent over-intoxication
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure smooth operations
• Upsell food and beverage items to increase sales revenue
• Provide excellent customer service by addressing customer inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise

Skills:

• Previous experience working in a restaurant or bar setting
• Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products
• Proficient in basic math calculations for cash handling purposes
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming atmosphere
• Knowledge of various drink recipes and mixology techniques
• Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
