We are seeking friendly, professional, and service-oriented individuals to join our team. Holiday Inn Resort Panama City Beach is now hiring a Bartender for our lively outdoor poolside bar! If you thrive in a high-energy environment, love crafting great drinks, and enjoy delivering unforgettable guest experiences in a resort setting, this is the job for you. Position Summary The Poolside Bartender is responsible for preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while providing friendly, engaging, and efficient service to resort guests enjoying our outdoor pool and beachfront atmosphere. Key Responsibilities- Prepare and serve cocktails, beer, wine, and specialty drinks accurately and efficiently
- Provide excellent guest service in a fast-paced, outdoor environment
- Maintain knowledge of drink menus, daily specials, and promotions
- Ensure responsible alcohol service in compliance with state and company policies
- Keep bar area clean, stocked, and organized
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
- Work closely with servers and management to ensure smooth service Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience required (resort or high-volume experience preferred)
- Knowledge of classic cocktails and mixed drinks
- Friendly, outgoing personality with strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, outdoor setting
- Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs
