MIXOLOGIST / CRAFT BARTENDER
Unit B Eatery + Spirits | Maya Speak-Tiki Pembroke Pines, FL We are looking for experienced, passionate Mixologists / Craft Bartenders to join the teams at Unit B Eatery + Spirits and Maya Speak-Tiki. These are not traditional bartending positions. Both concepts are built around elevated cocktails, quality ingredients, presentation, technique, and creating an experience for the guest. For the right individuals, there may also be an opportunity to cross-train and work between both concepts, giving you exposure to two completely different cocktail programs and environments.
THE CONCEPTS
Unit B Eatery +
Spirits:
An intimate, upscale cocktail bar and restaurant focused on craft cocktails, spirits, elevated food, and personalized hospitality.
Maya Speak-Tiki:
A hidden Speak-Tiki experience combining the escapism of a tiki bar with Mayan influence and speakeasy energy. The cocktail program features tropical ingredients, premium spirits, creative presentations, and immersive cocktails designed to be part of the experience.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We want bartenders who take the craft seriously while still understanding that hospitality comes first.
Ideal candidates will have:
Strong craft cocktail and mixology experience Knowledge of spirits, classic cocktails, and modern techniques Ability to execute recipes consistently and precisely Experience with fresh ingredients, syrups, infusions, garnishes, and specialty preparations Strong presentation and attention to detail Confidence interacting with and educating guests Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume environment without sacrificing quality Clean, organized bar habits A strong personality and genuine passion for hospitality Reliability, professionalism, and a team-first mentality
CROSS-TRAINING OPPORTUNITY
Exceptional candidates may have the opportunity to train at both Unit B and Maya Speak-Tiki. We are looking for individuals capable of adapting between two very different cocktail experiences. From the refined, intimate environment of Unit B to the immersive, high-energy cocktail program at Maya. This is an opportunity for serious bartenders to continue developing their craft while becoming part of two unique concepts.
