Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking energetic and personable Bartenders to join our vibrant hospitality team! In this role, you will craft memorable experiences by serving expertly mixed drinks, providing exceptional customer service, and creating a lively atmosphere. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure guests feel welcomed and valued, whether in a fine dining setting, nightclub, or banquet environment. Duties Prepare and serve a variety of beverages accurately and efficiently using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS. Engage with guests in a friendly, professional manner to enhance their overall experience. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area in compliance with food safety and food handling standards. Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic math calculations for accurate billing and change. Monitor alcohol consumption and enforce responsible serving policies in accordance with legal requirements. Collaborate with kitchen staff and event coordinators during catering, banquet, or nightclub events to ensure seamless service. Assist in inventory management by tracking stock levels and placing orders as needed for beverages and supplies. Requirements Proven experience as a bartender in fine dining, nightclub, banquet, or food service environments. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is highly preferred. Strong time management skills to handle multiple orders efficiently during busy shifts. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to engage diverse guests positively. Knowledge of food safety standards, food handling procedures, and responsible alcohol service laws. Ability to perform basic math calculations for cash handling and retail math accuracy. Previous experience in hospitality, brewing, catering, or retail math is advantageous. Must be at least 18 years old and possess relevant certifications where applicable.
